When and how do I get paid?
You earn 15% of your referral's base + per-user plan every month they stay a customer. Payouts are automatic: each commission clears 30 days after it's earned (a standard refund window), then pays out to your connected bank via Stripe on the 1st of the month — once you're over a $10 minimum (smaller balances roll over). Just connect your bank once in the portal.
How long do I keep earning on a referral?
Forever — as long as they stay a customer. Once someone signs up through your link they're credited to you for good, and you earn 15% every month they keep paying. The only time limit is the signup window: they need to create their account within 1 year of clicking your link.
What if my referral cancels?
You earn 15% for every month they stay subscribed. If they ever cancel, your commission simply stops from that point on — and you keep everything you earned while they were active.
What if my referral adds users?
Your commission is 15% of their base plan plus every user they add — so every new seat grows your monthly commission. (Add-ons like SMS, GPS or Payments aren't included in the commission base.)
